About LeadForge

LeadForge is a lead bid exchange: homeowners submit job requests; contractors browse the bid board and submit priced bids; the marketplace monetizes via Stripe subscriptions (Pro / Contractor) and one-time Boosts.

LeadForge is a live product patterned after Iron Bid Exchange (Netlify + Next.js 14 + Prisma + Neon + NextAuth + Stripe + Resend). It is ready for Kevin's Netlify site create — not a live production marketplace yet.
